With a 5 in AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, and AP Computer Science A; 5 years of experience in Python, JavaScript, and C/C++; and a 780 in SAT Math, I am a skilled mathematician and coder able to thoroughly explain specific, nuanced concepts. From honing my studying approach over years to be as efficient yet effective as possible in the maths and sciences, I have discovered it is always possible to study less yet score higher!
I Love Tutoring Because
... my tutoring approach, beginning as a group coding teacher on numerous classes in Scratch, Lua, and other programming languages, has been honed with peer mentoring, where I taught a few students for over a hundred hours. I've been volunteer and paid tutoring for over 5 years and have honed the ability to carefully and quickly identify weaknesses and provide feedback and lessons on the areas where you could see the fastest improvement. With this skill, I love tutoring because I can see students improving signficantly over the course of each lesson, a deeply satisfying and productive process. I am excited to help you learn and improve in your hardest subjects!
